1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- For orders within the USA we offer standard shipping that takes 2-3 business days.

2. Can I change the shipping address for my order?

- Yes, please fill out the contact form here and include your order information as well as the new shipping address as soon possible prior to shipping your order.

3. How do I track my order?

- You can track your order inside the shop app.

4. What is your return policy?

- If your not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of the purchase if the flag is in the original condition and packaging. To start a return, please click on my account on the right corner of the page and enter your information and follow the instructions. We are always here if you need any help along the way.

Once the return is received to our warehouse we will inspect the flags and process the exchange/refund. We are committed to processing refunds quickly, so you will likely receive a notice with 3 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Please keep your shipping confirmation and tracking number in the event the package is lost.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. It may take 1-2 weeks to be reflected in your account.

5. How big are your flags and what are they made of?

- Our flags are 3 feet by 5 feet in dimensions and they are made of 100% polyester.

6. Do I need to purchase a flag to be entered in the giveaway?

- No purchase is necessary, however, buying a flag increases your chance of winning. Each flag is equal to 10 entries opposed to 1 entry for a friend tag on instagram. Buying more flags increases the odds along with the amount of friends you tag.

7. When will you announce the winner?

- The winner gets announced 24 hours after the deadline of each giveaway on Instagram and Tiktok if the customer allows us to for privacy reasons.

8. How does the winner get picked?

- We use a system that randomly selects an order purchase however it knows what orders have more entries than others to increase the odds of the system selecting that order although we recommend 1 flag get entered. We use another system to select a random person on instagram if they meet all the requirements. The system detects the amount of tags each person made on the post and it selects a person at random. Tagging more friends increases the odds however it is not necessary. 1 tag gets you entered to win.

9. What are the requirements to win?

- The Winner has to be a legal resident of the United States, territories of the United States and age 18 and older at the time of entry. Must follow, share, like and tag on our social platforms.

10. Does the prize include airfare and lodging?

- No, the giveaway does not come with travel expenses.

11. How will I know if I am a winner?

- If chosen as a potential winner in our giveaways, we'll reach out via the phone number and email address you provided on your order or we'll reach to you with our social media if you entered in the giveaway during a marketing campaign. We'll never request credit card info for prize awards. If you suspect impersonation, kindly contact us for investigation.
